recognise that you will probably have your own specific
requirements, so we provide a number of different
packages and options from which you can choose.
Even then, nothing is cast in stone. If you have
a specific requirement that is not listed, then
please let us know, and we will be happy to consider
it and tell you the cost implications (if any). |

CAMERAS - We generally use two professional
digital video cameras. The larger camera is used to
film all the formal aspects of the day, whilst the
smaller 'roving' camera captures candid shots of family
& guests, which will add greater interest to your
video and make it more entertaining. |
The
average length of your finished DVD will be around
90 minutes, but may be longer or shorter, depending
on the package and
options chosen. Please note that two hours is
the maximum you can have on one DVD in order to maintain
good quality. Of course, you can spread the video
across two discs, but this will cost extra.
The
package prices include three DVD copies. You may order
as many additional copies as you wish. If you are
sending copies overseas, please check with us first,
as some countries, notably USA, Canada & Japan
have a different TV system to ours and your copies
will need converting to their standard which is NTSC.
The UK operates on the PAL system.
We
have over 20 years video industry experience and produce
videos for both corporate & domestic clients.
We also provide a varied range of video, DVD &
CD duplication and post production facilities. All
our productions are edited on a professional computer
based video editing system.
If
you wish to make a booking, please contact us first
to check that your date is available, then complete,
sign & return the booking
form enclosing a £150 deposit. Please ensure
that you read the Important
Information & Terms of Business section.

your booking has been confirmed, we normally like
to meet with you to discuss the details and get a
plan of the day. We can come to you, or you can come
to us, whichever is most convenient for you.

Edited highlights of the day's events, some of which
will be in slow motion and black & white, to create
a pleasing romantic effect, and will be accompanied
by music of your choice. The montage is produced in
a similar style to a music video, and therefore the

3 - THE BRIDE'S PREPARATIONS
Filming bride's wedding morning preparations at home
or hotel for
up to three hours.

4 - JUST TALKING
Filming the couple individually at home or other prearranged
location before the wedding. An informal & casual
filming session where each person talks candidly about
their wife/husband-to-be. Up to one hour of filming
per person. These segments are normally inserted after
the photographs of the couple as children.

5 - MUSIC VIDEO
Filming a montage of short romantic scenes featuring
the casually dressed couple in a variety of their favourite
locations - coast, countryside, town & city locations,
restaurants, pubs etc. These scenes are normally accompanied
by the couple's favourite song or piece of music and
will appear at the end of the video. Due to the nature
of this filming, the final cost will be dependent on
locations and your particular requirements.

OPTION
6 - DVD DELUXE TRANSFER

Make your DVD really special with our deluxe option.
This gives you an onscreen menu with up to three buttons,
allowing you to instantly access the main parts of
your special day. For example: the ceremony/service,
the reception and the video highlights of the day's
events. The menu background can be an image taken
from the video or from a photo. In addition, music
of your choice will play until a selection is made
from the menu. Because this is a fully customisable
service, you can specify other options such as additional
menu buttons or sub menus. Just let us know what you'd
like.

All
DVDs are supplied in white plastic library
cases with an attractive custom designed
printed colour cover. The DVDs will also
have coordinating colour printing directly
onto the white top surface of the disc. |

Before
booking, please ensure that you have permission to
video your function from the church and/or other venues
concerned. Our charges will still apply should Heartland
Productions be denied access to film at any location
upon arrival. Heartland Productions must be notified
of any filming restrictions or requirements at least
two months before the event.
The
client is fully responsible for paying any fees that
a church or venue may charge for the purposes of video
recording.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of £150 will be required at time of
booking. The full balance will be required no later
than five weeks before the wedding. Payment may be
made by cheque (payable to Heartland Productions)
debit card or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). All our
prices are inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice will be
issued after completion of work.
With
your three DVD copies, you will receive an order form
for additional DVD copies. Please complete and return
the form along with your payment. The additional copies
will then be sent to you within fourteen days.
Under
certain circumstances, additional charges may apply
to cover travelling & other expenses. This particularly
applies to multiple location filming, and travel to
any location in excess of 20 miles from our base.
Once we have received your booking form and discussed
your requirements, we will make you aware
of what (if any) these charges will be.
DVD
COMPATABILITY
The DVDs we supply are in DVD-R format. Whilst the
vast majority of DVD players and DVD equipped PC's
& laptops can play these discs without any problem,
some can't. This is not a fault of the disc and no
refunds can be given under these circumstances. In
such an event the only option is to replace or upgrade
the equipment. For further advice please consult your
dealer. Your equipment manual should specify the disc
formats it can play.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel a booking six or more months before
the event, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel within six months of the event, then
any refund will be entirely at our discretion, and
may not be given at all if we are unable to re-book
your date. The costs for any work carried out on your
behalf prior to the wedding, will not be refunded
under any circumstances.
Heartland
Productions will make every possible endeavour to
film and produce a video of your event as agreed.
However, if due to unforeseen circumstances on our
part (sickness, accidents etc) we are unable to attend
or complete your video, our liability will be strictly
limited to the refund of any fees that you have already
paid us.
Booking
Heartland Productions to video your event means that
you have read and agree to our terms & conditions
as stated above.
