OF BUSINESS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read before placing an order.
Placing an order with us means that you agree to our Terms of
Business.
SENDING US YOUR ORDER
You are most welcome to place your order and deliver materials personally at our premises, but please contact us beforehand to make an appointment. However, if you are sending us materials, we strongly recommend using an insured signed for service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Check that the insurance cover is adequate for your needs in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. Most carriers offer various levels of insurance. Please make sure that you enclose your full contact details including daytime telephone number, plus a written confirmation of your exact order requirements.
CLIENTS MATERIALS & INSURANCE
Whilst we take the utmost care of client's materials whilst in our possession, our liability in relation to loss or damage, is strictly limited to the raw replacement value of the item itself, and not the content contained therein. Where possible, clients should ensure they have adequate back up copies of materials sent to us and that they are adequately insured.
COPYRIGHT
We cannot duplicate, film or otherwise copy, any video, CD, DVD, photograph or other material, including artwork, that is subject to copyright, unless you are the copyright holder, or have written permission for said use from the copyright holder. We may ask to see such proof. We may also ask you to sign a form absolving Heartland Productions of any possible copyright infringement.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
You must ensure that any videos, DVDs, CDs or other products and services you have ordered, are compatible with their intended use and destination. Heartland Productions cannot accept any responsibility for products produced to a client's specification that do not function as expected, unless faulty. This particularly applies to items being sent abroad to countries with a different TV system to ours. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Prior to the commencement of any work, we will ask you to sign a Video Production Agreement which will include additional Terms & Conditions specific to video production.
PAYMENT
Full payment, including clearance of cheques, must be made before any order is released, except in the case of government departments, local authorities, utilities, other public bodies, major organisations & companies, who, at our discretion, will be invoiced on 30 day credit terms. A written order is required. In some instances we may require full payment or a deposit before any work is carried out. You will be notified of this when placing your order. A pro forma invoice will be provided. We accept payment by cash, cheque (made payable to Heartland Productions) or BACS/online banking.
VAT invoices will be issued to all UK customers upon completion of work.

ALL GOODS AND SERVICES REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF HEARTLAND PRODUCTIONS UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
CANCELLATION
When an order is cancelled, you may be liable for any costs & expenses incurred by Heartland Productions in relation to that order. You may also be liable for additional charges and loss of any deposit paid.
CONFIDENTIALITY
AND USE OF INFORMATION
All work carried out by Heartland Productions is treated in strictest confidence. Your contact and order details will not be passed onto any third party unless we are legally obliged to do so.
