Would you like a short promo video of your stand showcasing your products or services? Would you like a perfect marketing tool for use on your website, or host on YouTube and use on DVD?

Yes? Then Heartland Productions are making you an offer you can't refuse!

For just Ł250 + VAT (Normal price Ł375 + VAT) we'll give you:

ˇ Up to 30 minutes filming time on your stand with you and/or a colleague presenting

ˇ A five minute (or less) fully edited production with titles, pack shot and logo

ˇ An encoded Windows Media (wmv) file for uploading to your website

ˇ Three DVD copies (more can be ordered at extra cost)

Details, terms & conditions

We shall be filming at the show on Thursday 5 June from 9am till 6pm. However if there is sufficient demand, we may also consider filming on the Friday or Saturday.

When booking, please give at least two time slots that will be convenient for us to film at your stand. Filming slots will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend you book early.

We must receive your confirmed booking by email and full payment by Friday 30 May. Payment must be made by debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We will contact you by telephone for your card details. Total cost for the basic offer including VAT is Ł293.75. A VAT invoice will be issued on completion. Local authorities, public services and utility companies do not have to pay in advance and will be invoiced on 30 day credit terms.

If you would like us to film for longer than 30 minutes, or have any special requirements, then we would be happy to discuss these and quote you accordingly.

Your logo will be added to the end of the video. Please email it as a jpeg, BMP or TIFF file. Your completed video will be available for you to view privately online within 14 days of filming. You can request minor editing changes at this stage. Any subsequent changes maybe chargeable.

If we are unable to film due to adverse weather conditions, or problems on our part, then a full refund will be given. Our liability in this respect is strictly limited to the fee you have paid us.

If we are unable to film at the allotted time due to problems on your part, then any refund, partial or full, will be entirely at our discretion.
