Clips are unedited and no adjustments have been made to colour, brightness or contrast. We can however, provide the following facilities to enhance and personalise your clip(s):

Increase speed for a more dramatic effect
Editing together of multiple clips
Editing single clips
Trimming to adjust duration
Adding titles
Adding music & sound effects
Filters and various other effects are also available

How to order & pay for your clip(s)
Simply send us an email containing the following details:
1. Reference number(s) of the clip(s) you want
2. The format you want the clip(s) supplied in
3. Any special requirements
4. Confirmation that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions
5. Your preferred method of payment (cash, cheque or BACS/online backing)
6. Full contact details including daytime telephone number
We will acknowledge your order and advise you of the total amount payable. An invoice will be attached. All orders must be pre-paid in full, except in the case of government departments, local authorities, councils, education establishments and public utilities, who will be granted 30 day credit terms.
Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed and sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, except in the case of internet formats which will be emailed to you unless you specify otherwise.
Terms & conditions
1. The purchaser may use the clip(s) as often as required without further payment, unless subsequent use is for television or cinema, in which case an additional fee must be paid – please contact us for details.
2. The clip(s) are for the sole use of the purchaser only and must not be re-sold, hired, lent, or given away to a third party without a written agreement from Heartland Productions.
3. The rates are only applicable to corporate clients and private individuals. Different rates apply for television (terrestrial, satellite & cable) and cinema use. If a clip is required for use in these areas then please contact us for written quote.
4. By purchasing a clip(s) you are agreeing to comply with these Terms & conditions.
