Clips can be supplied in almost any format, including Flash, Windows Media, QuickTime, H.264, digital video, DVD, CD. Other formats may also be available – please contact us for more information.
CUSTOMISING CLIPS
All clips are supplied without any image processing, for example no adjustments have been made to colour, brightness, contrast, speed etc. However, we do offer clients a customised post production service that includes the following facilities:
Editing clip to a specific duration
Increasing or reducing speed of clip
Editing clips together
Adjusting colour, saturation, brightness, contrast etc
Applying filters and other effects
Adding soundtrack (music, voice over, sound effects etc)
Adding titles and captions
Editing clips into existing videos

There are two prices to pay – one for the clip(s) plus a dubbing fee for supplying your clip(s) in the format or media you require i.e. web, tape or disc.
We can provide most formats and file types, but if want something not shown on the price list, or you have specific requirements, such as bit rates and frame sizes, then please tell us and we’ll give you a quote.

How to order & pay for your clip(s)
Simply send us an email containing the following details:
1. Reference number(s) of the clip(s) you want
2. The format you want the clip(s) supplied in
3. Any special requirements
4. Confirmation that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions
5. Your preferred method of payment (cash, cheque or BACS/online backing)
6. Full contact details including daytime telephone number
We will acknowledge your order and advise you of the total amount payable. An invoice will be attached. All orders must be pre-paid in full, except in the case of government departments, local authorities, public education establishments and public utilities, who will be granted 30 day credit terms.
Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed and depending on what format you want, we will either email you a link to download the clip(s) or send the video to you on tape or disc by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Terms & conditions
1. The purchaser may use the clip(s) as often as required, within the same business or organisation, without further payment, unless subsequent use is for television or cinema, in which case an additional fee must be paid – please contact us for details.
2. The clip(s) are for the sole use of the purchaser only and must not be re-sold, hired, lent, or given away to a third party without written agreement from Heartland Productions.
3. The clips can only be re-used for free, within the same business or organisation for which they were originally purchased.
4. The rates are only applicable to corporate clients and individuals. Different rates apply for television (terrestrial, satellite & cable) and cinema use. If a clip is required for use in these areas then please contact us for a written quote.
5. By purchasing a clip(s) you are agreeing to comply with these Terms & conditions.
